Lewes Electoral Services are busy trying to staff our polling stations ahead of the scheduled 2 May 2024 PCC elections. We are also mindful that a UK Parliamentary General election can be called at any time.
We would like to recruit sufficient polling staff to ensure we can deliver all of the changes made in the Elections Act 2022 effectively and efficiently. We have a number of vacancies across the district.
It would be very much appreciated, if you would add the link below to your websites. The link will take anyone interested to vacancy details for election roles across both Lewes and Eastbourne Councils, but it is Lewes Electoral Services who need to recruit more staff, so when adding the link, can you please specify that it will be for election roles for the Lewes team.
